1745-PCC cable

• This is the procedure we wrote for WinXP, we test every cable we make... so we hated starting up the old and slow Win98 machine to test cables, that's when I found DosBox its very nice (and free) www.plctrainer.net/DOSBOX.pdf , if using a USB or serial you will need to change the config file so it points to the proper com port

We offer several types of the same cable... they all work very well, we are able to make and sell our 'generic' cable for less then the others so if you are up loading the drivers for the cables, please choose the correct one (Black color or Generic off white)

Siemens PLC S7 200 USB/PPI (this is for our generic cable)

USB Adapters (for the Keyspan please go to their website) the USB adapters are the same for all of our cables generic cables (non black)

• Drivers and a nice utility for the generic USB cables HERE This one has the communication software to change the COM port numbers (ie USB to COM4, if it defaults to COM10 but you need it to be COM4 to communicate with the PLC)  See procedure above when using either set of drivers, if you used the supplied drivers and software that came with you cable then reload it with this driver as its a better driver.
